I’m Fadi Chehadi, a web developer and SEO expert based in Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2016 I’ve designed, built, ranked and run websites for businesses across the US, Europe and the Middle East: 350+ projects, and 8+ years leading the teams behind them.

I started where a lot of the best operators start: hands on the keyboard. Across 350+ projects in finance, healthcare, legal, e-commerce, real estate, and beyond, I learned what actually makes a website perform. Not just clean code, but the strategy, SEO, and systems around it.
Today I direct technical operations across a portfolio of brands, setting strategy, delivery, and engineering standards across a modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) alongside WordPress and Shopify. I built the teams, SOPs, and QA that let distributed teams ship 25% faster, and I lead the adoption of an AI-accelerated workflow with a custom-built CMS.
Security runs through all of it. I build it in from the start, hardening servers, websites, and networks with WAF and firewall rules, DDoS and brute-force protection, identity and access (SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth/OIDC), and SOC-grade monitoring and incident response, so the things I ship stay fast and safe.
