I'm Fadi Chehadi - a Head of Technical Operations based in Beirut, working with teams and clients worldwide. For 8+ years I've turned technology into measurable business growth.

I started where a lot of the best operators start - hands on the keyboard. Over 350+ projects across finance, healthcare, legal, e-commerce, real estate, and beyond, I learned what actually makes a website perform: not just clean code, but the strategy, SEO, and systems around it.

Today I run technical operations for an agency portfolio - directing strategy, delivery, and engineering standards across a modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) and WordPress/Shopify. I built the teams, SOPs, and QA that let distributed teams ship 25% faster, and I lead the adoption of an AI-accelerated workflow with a custom-built CMS.
